I have worked for Adico Care for 8 years now and have never looked back. Initially, I worked in the community as a weekend carer. This role allowed me the flexibility that I required at the time to look after my young family during the week. Adico Care provide excellent training opportunities which has allowed me to progress to Admin and Recruitment Manager having completed my Level 5 in Leadership for Health and Social Care and Children and Young People Services. I have also obtained Level 4 in Professional Supervision Practices and Level 3 in Training Management. The staff at Adico are a pleasure to work with, we all work well together to ensure that the care we are providing is second to none.
Working for Adico has allowed me to have a great balance between career and family life. Flexible hours have allowed me to maintain two of the most important things in life, work and family. I love my job and would’t change it for anything.
