What advantages does mindful colouring offer?
Engaging in mindful colouring can enhance concentration and boost focus. By distancing yourself from stressors, you can take a creative break. Colouring has the potential to alleviate stress, improve mood, and dispel negative thoughts. Just 20 minutes of colouring can reduce anxiety levels.
Therefore, we extend an invitation to you, a family member, or a friend to participate in an Adico Care competition. This week, we will distribute mindful colouring sheets and stacker pens along with our service user schedules. The winner will receive a personalised prize.
