We will be celebrating our success at the HCPA Care Awards 2019 for a long time to come. What a wonderful evening was had by all and to come away with “Outstanding Achievement in Homecare” award was wonderful.
Sasha, one of our field care supervisors achieved this award. Sasha is one of the first staff members to meet new clients at their assessment and continues to work closely with individuals to ensure that they are receiving care that meets their needs. Sasha works closely with hospital discharge teams to support individuals returning home from hospital and has a wealth of knowledge regarding local services available to support people to live in their own homes safely.
