Training

We train all our carers to meet the Care Certificate standards using a reputable professional external training company.

We ask all staff to complete the Care Certificate workbooks and competency checks are performed regularly on all our staff to ensure that they are meeting these standards.

Opportunities to complete fully funded NVQs are also available with our dedicated company – Progress to Excellence.

We also offer specialised training for various aspects of care such as stoma and dementia.

Regular awareness sessions are also provided to all our staff to ensure the they are up to date with regular changes in the care industry.

Annual refresher training is also delivered throughout the year.
