Stopfalls campaign

At Adico Care we have a Stopfalls specialist Sasha who is able to provide advice and suggestions to help keep clients safe and reduce the risk of falling in their homes. Sasha is also trained in chair based exercises. Exercise plays a big part in keeping individuals mobile.
What is the HCPA StopFalls Service?​
HCPA’s aim is to see all adults, social care providers, staff and families and relatives benefit from our StopFalls service which continues to reduce falls throughout Hertfordshire.
This website shares the most effective methods to help reduce falls and the importance of exercise, what to do in the event of a fall and a selection of other helpful suggestions.
