If you are awaiting discharge from hospital but need support to return home. Adico Care can put care in place the same day.

Adico Care are one of the only companies who will visit you in hospital and liaise with medical teams, social services and occupational therapists to ensure that you return home safely.  We ensure that any required equipment is ready for your return and will closely monitor your progress to ensure that you are receiving the correct level of support.

This extra service ensures that we are supporting the NHS to reduce the number of failed discharges and to help limit the amount of time that you are in hospital.
