“Laura joined Adico Care in November 2013 as a domiciliary carer. Laura is now responsible for carrying out new client assessments and establishing what help and support each client wants and needs. Laura plays a big role throughout each package of care, reviewing care needs on a regularly basis to ensure that care is always provided at the right level. She believes in promoting independence and enabling clients to do as much for themselves as possible. Laura works hand in hand with GPs, pharmacies, hospitals, charities and OTs to find additional support for clients and to create links to other services within the community. Laura has a love of cats and enjoys spending time with her family outside of work.”
