Alison Playle

Alison joined Adico Care in February 2015.  She started her career in care out in the community as a carer.  She then decided that she would like to gain a better understanding of the care sector as a whole and undertook responsibility for payroll before assuming the position of Care Coordinator.  Alison went on to achieve her Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care and Children and Young People’s Services (England) (Adults Management) and was promoted to the position of Registered Manager at Adico Care.  This means that Alison understands all aspects of the business and and strives to provide safe, effective, caring and responsive care for our clients, and is hands on leading our team.

Outside of work Alison enjoys cooking, keeping fit and spending time with her adorable little dog Archie who has taken on the role of meet and greet at Adico Care.
