Adico Care launched its domiciliary care services in the Hertfordshire region in 2013. Adico Care’s service enables customers to remain in the comfort of their own home and receive high-quality care that is personalised to their needs and requirements. Customers receive one to one care and benefit from a dedicated personal assistant in their home to support them in maintaining their independence and improve quality of life that is tailored to their requirements. The care services available vary from assistance in the home such as getting up, personal hygiene and domestic care to live-in care. Other aspects include socialising with visits to friends, shopping and generally getting out and about in the community as well as hospital appointments.
Adico Care has a team of dedicated staff that are on hand to assist customers and their families with their queries, planning and choosing the right care service as well as help with funding options and community services available. Staff are flexible and understand that no two days are the same and are adaptable to requests to changes such as length of care visits or modification to type of service.
